Process time for orders
If you place your order prior to 2 PM Monday through Friday, we will process and dispatch your order the same day, and if you submit your order after that time, we will dispatch it the next day. If you place your order throughout the weekend or on a public holiday, your order will be sent from our warehouse on Tuesday or the next business day.
Keeping track of your order
Our team will send you an authorization email once your order has been dispatched. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website once your order has been dispatched.
Exchanges, returns, and refunds
Our return and refund policies provide detailed information regarding our processes so that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. In good faith, all times and dates are provided for delivery of the products but should only be regarded as estimates.
Restrictions
A manufacturer’s warranty may not cover internationally shipped products; there may not be any manufacturer-provided service options available; and product manuals, instructions, and safety warnings may not be available in the destination country’s language. Product specifications, labeling requirements, and standards of the destination country may not be followed when designing the products (and accompanying materials); the products may not be compliant with the voltage and other electrical standards of the destination country (requiring the use of adapters or converters, as needed). You are responsible for ensuring that the product can be legally imported into the destination country. It should be noted that the recipient of a Shopify.com order is the importer of record and must conform with all applicable laws and regulations of the country of destination.
Protection of privacy
Your privacy is significant to us, and we are aware that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. Customers shipping products internationally and internationally should be aware that cross-border shipments may be subject to customs and postal inspections.
We may also give certain information about an order, shipment, or product to our international carriers, which may transmit that information to customs authorities in accordance with local laws and regulations.
